What is Roger.pk Exchange/Replace policy?
We offer our customers “EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE ‘ wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 2 working days of its delivery.
Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?
No! There are no charges on exchange/replace for products that are faulty or defected in anyway. We always try to send high Quality and Genuine products to our customers but if in any case customer received faulty or damaged product, you can email us, call us or contact us through whatsapp. Send the complete details of your order, images of faulty product, description about product’s fault and we will exchange/replace your parcel within 7 working days without any cost.
Note: If u want to exchange/replace faulty products, you will 1st have to send the faulty product to us. Once we received the product only then we will send you the parcel to your designated address. Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any case.
Is There Any Refund Policy On Roger.pk?
Products once delivered may not be refunded. However, you may exchange, replace as per our Exchange / Replacements Policy described above.
